We offer priority repairs over our other customers to get the job done quicker. This is offered during business hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Payment is to be made in full when taking out our home user support package; we do not offer a monthly payment solution.
All payments are to be collected via direct debit on an annual basis. Your first payment will be taken from a debit/credit card.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once payment has cleared we cannot issue you with a refund as you will have instant access to our services.
Cancellations must be done in writing 28 days prior to the end of your contract, this can be via email or post.
Your contract starts immediately from the date of the invoice and will run for twelve months.
Support is offered between the hours of 9am/5pm Monday- Friday excluding all public holidays and weekends.
We offer telephone support to help with any problems which may arise.

All Microsoft software is repaired free of charge unless licensing is required, these costs are not included in the package and a quotation will be generated prior to any work undertaken.
All labor charges are covered under your home user support package. We do NOT cover the costs of any parts required to repair your computer.
Hardware upgrades are carried out completely free of charge when the hardware is purchased from Stephensons IT Support.
Computer health checks are included in the support package, this gives you the opportunity to discuss any potential upgrades you may require.
Anti-virus and pc security is sold as a product add-on and is not covered by the home user support package.
Virus, spyware and malware removal is covered under your home user support package. However in some cases if a virus has badly infected your computer we may suggest that your computer should be reset to factory default settings, this may mean you lose your personal data.
All computer repairs are to be carried out at Stephensons IT Support, this contract does not include callouts.
This contract does not include remote support, remote monitoring, and or managed anti-virus solutions.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data during the repair, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequately backed up your data.
